A History of Our Company
East-Tech Private Security Inc hires armed and unarmed guards and patrols for commercial, residential, and industrial needs as well as for housing complexes, apartments, and HOAs.
Founded in 1992, the company is led by Andrew Allen, president. A graduate of Brunswick High School in Brunswick, GA, in 1979, he studied business administration at an Atlanta-area technical school from 1980 to 1981.
He began his new career in San Diego, CA. He attended security school at the Public Safety Training Association. After earning his licenses for firearm and guard card training, he found employment in the security field as a supervisor and security officer.
In 1975, Mr. Allen met a partner in the security profession as a private patrol operator. He earned a license to operate a security company while attending San Diego City College.
East-Tech Private Security opened its doors on January 1, 1992, in the southern region of San Diego. Licensed and bonded for years, the company operated out of an address on Euclid Avenue. We’re currently located on El Cajon Boulevard.
